PRESIDENTIAL PROJECT: WAR ON LEAKS SERVICE PROVIDER CORRUPTION

DWS/EWSETA and rand water made a block booking for training Artisans and Water Agents from the 4 July - 30 November 2016 National, as small business serving our country and supporting the President in his plans to create jobs and redicate poverty we closed our small businesses priototized this Artisans project war on leaks, its been 3 weeks with no business due to these bookings but EWSETA/Rand Water and DWS are failing to pay for the bookings after signing SLA's with EWSETA, their service provider BCEI is trying to dupe us on what we agreed with EWSETA by trying to reduce our invoice payment, this is breach of promise and proves corruption in the government face where tenders are given to the riches who has no regard for small business, how do you reduce payment and not pay at all after agreement and time wasted for 3 weeks. we want our payment today 15/07/2016 as promised from 4 July - 30 November as agreed OR else we will paint the name which has no idea of this corruption because this is a presidential project and i guess rivals would love to hear this. PAY US WE HAD AN AGREEMENT AND TODAY. DWS you give wrong people to run the project hence these trainees are forever complaining, NO PROTOCOL JUST ABUSE OF STATE MONEY
