Poor service of ekurhuleni municipality

Its been 3 years now reporting electricity theft to ekurhuleni municipality and they do nothing about it,,we are situated next to skwatter camp and the people from that skwatter camp are connecting electricity illegaly from overheard cables now our electricity is tripping everyday because of overloaded,we reported this matter to our municipality,they told us what must they do,there is nothing they can do so if our services provider doesnt know what to do,we as their customers what must we do,because we are paying full services but they dont deliver,we even reported the person who is connecting this electricity still they dont want to arrest him,even their colleagues are staying there at that skwatter camp,maybe thats a reason why they dont take action about them,our kids are not safe cables are lying around.pls talk to Tembisa Ekurhuleni municipality ask them what is happening about winnie mandela zone 2 minisub J.ask them if they ever arrested anyone who is using illegal electricity there after we reported them for 3 years..you can see why people are burning community buildings,when protesing,imagine the whole 3 years we have been suffering with electricity and every month we are paying services and some of us we are not working but we try hard to pay,but they let people to use free electricity and free water at our expense and they dont arrest them
